If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your item for a full refund within 3 weeks of purchase; however, personalized monogramming or personalized embroidery are NOT refundable, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day (unless otherwise stated), Monday thru Friday. We use U.S. Post Office Priority Mail - 3 day delivery as our ground shipping.
