The Artisan Process

Place Order
Choose which type of jewelry or keepsake you would like; including metal, resin color, and type of inclusion. Please note that some blank jewelry settings are from vendors and may require additional time to ship.

Send Inclusions
After ordering, you will receive an email with detailed guidance on securely sending your precious inclusions to our studio. We welcome direct shipments from funeral homes or can assist you by handling the separation process ourselves if you prefer to send the urn directly. Our priority is ensuring your loved one’s remains are treated with the utmost dignity and professional care throughout their journey to our workshop.

Artisanal Creation
Once we receive the inclusions and blank setting from vendor, we will begin crafting your one-of-a-kind piece with tender care and respect. During the process, we will video the creation for validation of proper inclusions. You may also choose to send up to 5 pictures via email that we can incorporate into your video. The video will be edited with transitions and music to share on social media if you wish.

Final Presentation
Once the order is finished, your precious piece will be carefully packaged with any remaining inclusions and shipped. You will receive the tracking number and video via email.
